How do I access the library’s databases from off-campus? What do I do if I'm having problems accessing the databases?

Current students, faculty and full time staff have full access to our databases while off campus, in any part of the world, as long as there is Internet access.

When off campus, you will be prompted to log in with your AU email login.

If you have an access issue, first make sure you are accessing the database through an AU library related website such as the Database A-Z list, library catalog, or SearchBox. Do not go directly to the website of the database - you must go through AU so that the database vendor recognizes you as a subscriber.

Also try logging in through AU's Virtual Private Network (VPN)
