How do I check the status of my Consortium Loan Service - CLS - request?

Answer

The best way to determine the status of book that you requested is to check "My Library Account".  To do so, go to the library's homepage and click on the "My Library Account" tab. You will be prompted to log in. 

When you reach your Library Account page, click on the CLS-Consortium Loan link.  You will see a history of the items that you requested along with the status of the requests.

If you don't find the answer to your question in the request history, please contact our Consortium Loan Service directly.  Reference librarians do not have access to your records.
