For my Works Cited Bibliography, how do I make a hanging indent ?

Microsoft Word:

Each version of Word is slightly different; but, try clicking on Format or Layout > Paragraph > Special > hanging indent.

In the newer versions of Word click on Layout then click on the small box with an arrow to the left of "paragraph"

Google Docs:

If you are in the library, the monitors sitting at the Information Desk near the entrance may be able to help with formatting Word.
