Answer

Noise level on the first floor and lower level should be moderate. The Print Center and Mudbox on the lower level are allowed to have social noise levels.

The 2nd floor is designated as a silent floor; the third floor is quiet (whispering allowed).  All group study rooms throughout the library allow for moderate noise levels.

Only snacks and drinks with lids are allowed in Bender Library; this includes food such as fruit, candy, chips, bagels, granola bars, etc. Overly messy & greasy foods are not allowed (fries, pizza, hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, ice cream, and other similar meals).
