Foreignassistance.gov is the official U.S. Foreign Aid website where you can locate country data across sectors, implementing agencies, and activities. You can compare values across regional averages and income groups. You may also find https://aidscape.usaid.gov/ helpful in researching foreign aid spending.

For an historical record of foreign assistance (official development assistance) provided by the United States government to the rest of the world from 1946 onward, take a look at the annual report to Congress, USAID Reports to Congress.
