Multiple color scanners are located on the lower level by the stairwell. No ID is needed to use a scanner. There is no charge for scanning. Scanners are also located next to the Circulation & Course Reserves on the first floor. You can email, save to your Google Drive or save to a USB drive.
The photocopier on the lower level scans in black and white. Scans from the photocopier are also free; however, you must use your AU ID or purchase a copy card to activate the scan function. Follow the directions on the keypad to email the scans. There are several additional color flatbed printers on the lower level.
If the monitor connected to the scanner says "no scanner detected" try pressing the power button. (The monitor may be on when the scanner is turned off.)
Questions about scanners should be directed to the Media & Library Technology Center desk.
