Noise level on the first floor and lower level should be moderate. The lower level designated "social noise" levels.

The 2nd floor is designated as a silent floor; the third floor is quiet (whispering allowed).  All group study rooms throughout the library allow for moderate noise levels.

Only snacks and drinks with lids are allowed in Bender Library; this includes food such as fruit, candy, chips, bagels, granola bars, etc. Overly messy & greasy foods are not allowed (fries, pizza, hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, ice cream, and other similar meals).
