Q. How do I cancel a CLS request?

If you would like to cancel a book request, you can do so from your library account. Use the drop down menu at the top of the page to select the university that owns the book. You can cancel a request by clicking the "Cancel" button to the right of the request.

If the book has already arrived at the pickup location, just reply to the arrival notification email by saying that you no longer need the book. We'll send it back to its home library so that it can be marked as available for the next student who may want to place a request for it.
