Starting in Spring 2018, students will use a cloud-based system to print, so the procedure will be the same whether you are using a library computer or your own. (You no longer need to install printer software on your computer.)

Follow these instructions from OIT to print: https://americanuniversity.service-now.com/sp?id=kb_article&sys_id=b795e936dbe30700a4fd790aaf9619df

All library printers are in the Print Center located on the lower level, between the Mud Box Café and the Technology Borrowing/Media Services desk.

Printing costs 10¢ per sheet, and all print jobs are double-sided. When your semester allotment of print funds is exhausted, you can use EagleBucks to print. To add more to an Eaglebucks account, go to EagleBucks.com; visit the Add Value machines in Bender Library, Anderson Hall, McDowell Hall, the Mary Graydon Center, the Anderson Computing Complex, or the Washington College of Law Library; or contact OneCard and Dining Services by at eaglebucks@american.edu or by phone at x2273.

A One Card is required to print. Guests should visit the Information Desk at the entrance to the library or the Print Center on the lower level for assistance.
