Multiple color scanners are located on the lower level by the stairwell. No ID is needed to use a scanner. There is no charge for scanning. You can email, save to your Google Drive or save to a USB drive.
If the monitor connected to the scanner says "no scanner detected" try pressing the power button. (The monitor may be on when the scanner is turned off.)
