Academic Multimedia Services (AMS) can provide assistance with video recording. Requests for AMS can be made through the extension 3698, or at firstname.lastname@example.org
All AMS requests for recording an event, lecture or interview must be made at least two weeks prior to the date of the event, or as soon as the event is scheduled within the requesting department. All requests are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you are unable to schedule with AMS, Audio/Visual Services may be able to provide a small video camera that you can use for recording. Audio Visual can also provide digital audio recording equipment for a class, meeting, or event. To contact Audio Visual, call 2296 or email email@example.com for main campus and 8205 or firstname.lastname@example.org for the Spring Valley Building.
