  • AU purchases electronic books from multiple vendors who represent many different publishers. Vendors and publisher set restrictions on use, including the number of users who may access the book at the same time.  Many books are not available with unlimited access.
  • Professors who want to confirm the number of concurrent users for assigned readings should contact reserves@american.edu or their subject librarian.
