We have a useful database "Sage Research Methods" that can be accessed from the library's homepage > Research Assistance > Search Databases > Sage Research  (there are several Sage databases - be sure to select Research Methods.)  Set the data range so only the most recent materials will be retrieved.
In addition to Sage Research you might want to look at this FAQ on Qualtrics.

For analyzing transcripts of interviews, one tool AU has licensed (not though the library, but CTRL) that might be useful to your group is NVivo.

Another tool  (not licensed by AU) that  that’s purportedly “easy-to-use” is QDA Miner.
