Q. How do I install the Zotero connector in Chrome?
When I try to install the Zotero connector in Chrome, I get an error message saying, "We are sorry, but you do not have access to Chrome Web Store. Please contact your Organization Administrator for access."
You must be signed out of your AU student Gmail account. The student Gmail accounts are not full-featured Google accounts so do not provide access to the Chrome Web Store.
You can be signed in with a personal Google account or no account and you will be able to install the Zotero connector.
